13th Annual Jingle Bell Run for Arthritis
The 13th Annual Jingle Bell Run for Arthritis will be held from 7 to 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 16, at World Gym, 6774 Troy Dr., Rockford. The Run includes a 5K run, 1-Mile Fitness Walk, and a Childrens Walk with Santa.
What is the Jingle Bell Run? Imagine the sound of thousands of people with jingle bells on their shoes walking and running through the streets. Across the country this sound will be heard as the young and old tie jingle bells to their shoelaces, and take to the streets to join their neighbors in support of the Arthritis Foundation. The Jingle Bell Run is a national fundraising event.
The Arthritis Foundation supports research to find the cure for and prevention of arthritis. They also strive to improve the quality of life for those affected by the disease.
