20th On the Waterfront schedule of events

The 20th On the Waterfront festival kicks off Thursday, Aug. 28, with headliner Willie Nelson appearing at 6 p.m. at Davis Park. Other headlining acts include Uncle Kracker, Jethro Tull and local favorite Cheap Trick. Following is a schedule of events provided by the OTW committee.
