AARP Driver Safety program class announced

The AARP Driver Safety Program for individuals 55 or older, presented by the American Association of Retired Persons, will be offered Oct. 17 and 18 at Lifescape Community Services, 705 Kilburn Avenue, Rockford.

The Driver Safety Program course is a total of eight hours offered in two 4-hour sessions, and classes will start at 8:30 a.m. and finish by 12:30 p.m. Participants must attend both days to receive credit from their automobile insurance company.
