Lifescape Community Services, in partnership with AARP, is holding the AARP Driver Safety Program for individuals 55 or older, Monday, April 16, and Wednesday, April 18. This class will be offered at Lifescape Community Services, 705 Kilburn Ave., Rockford.
The Driver Safety Program course is a total of eight hours offered in two four-hour sessions, and classes will start at 8 a.m. and finish by noon. Participants must attend both days to receive credit from their automobile insurance company.
There are no tests. There is a minimum of 12 and a maximum of 25 people required to hold this class.
Participants must bring their drivers license and a personal check for $10 per person made payable to AARP Driver Safety Program to the first class.
