Alpine Bank and Belvidere Bank assist local family

Alpine Bank has set up an account for a local family who lost their home and all of their belongings in a fire on Sunday, Feb. 4.

The Schindler Family Fire Fund will benefit Mike and Frankie Schindler and their family of Loves Park. Donations can be made at any Alpine Bank and Belvidere Bank locations. The Schindler family is also in need of clothing and household items, which can be donated and dropped off at Alpine Bank’s main office at 1700 N. Alpine Rd. in Rockford.
