Once again, I am gratified by the overwhelming response of our employees and the community to the need created by the Dec. 26 Tsunami, said Kenneth E. Edge, AMCORE chairman, president and CEO. The magnitude of this disaster demands a proportional amount of human effort and generosity. While it is hard to comprehend the pain of the situation, people around the world are responding.
