A Civil War information seminar will be held from 1 to 4 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 8 at Memorial Hall, 211 N. Main St., Rockford. The “who, what, where and how” of re-enacting will be discussed. Civil War exhibits will be presented. Meet President Lincoln and generals Grant and Lee, plus other Civil War soldiers. Anyone interested in Civil War re-enacting, including women and children, is invited to attend.
