Cooking class Nov. 13

Join Chef Brian Kramer, the Suavé Gourmet, in preparing a delicious culinary meal inspired by cuisine of the California wine region from 2 to 5 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 13, at Klehm Arboretum.

“California Vineyards Bountiful Feast Cooking Class for the Holidays” will offer a flavorful blend of traditional and contemporary recipes that are certain palate pleasers for the holiday season.

The four-course menu will feature an appetizer, salad, entrée, dessert and some specialty items typical of the Napa Valley and Sonoma County areas.

Personal Chef Suavé Gourmet brings dynamic talent to the kitchen as he leads this fascinating and interactive culinary experience.

Brian Kramer created Suavé Gourmet by combining his commercial acting career with his skills as a working chef for more than 20 years.
