‘Daffodil Days’ for ACS begin Jan. 9

The American Cancer Society’s annual Daffodil Days begin Jan. 9, and continue through March 1. Companies, organizations and individuals may order bunches of 10 daffodils for $6, half cases (25 bunches) for $125, and full cases (50 bunches) for $250. The Gift of Hope is also available for $15, anonymously providing a vase of daffodils to a local cancer patient. Volunteers are needed to assist with sales and orders.

The Dutch Master daffodils will be distributed in their fresh cut, hard-bud stage the week of March 17-22. For more information, please contact your American Cancer Society at (815) 229-1287, or (800) 892-9296 and ask for Kathleen.
