Dr. Julia's Inn: Conquering obesity through healthy eating

We have been educated so much lately about how obesity is affecting our health and overall self-esteem. I personally know how it feels to be made fun of and ridiculed. When I was a teen-ager, I was 5 feet tall, weighed 146 pounds, size 16-18 clothes at Kmart and had acne so bad, no one ever asked me to meet them in the movie room on rec night. Well, believe it or not, one (1) young man does come to mind vividly, and it was a joke. I went to the movie room so excited that a boy asked me, little fat Julia, to meet him. He never showed up, but believe me, I was the laughing stock of study hall, come Monday. Uh, yes, school—how kids can be so mean. So, yes, I know what it is like to be heavy, and I made a vow to myself that I would never allow myself to ever be heavy again.

I believe our path in life is because of the lessons we have learned or what we have personally gone through. With so much cancer in my family and always fighting weight issues, my education led me to both of those areas. I recently have been abroad learning and educating myself about Dr. Simeon’s research on the hypothalamus gland and how it stores abnormal fat.

What I and my assistant learned during our educational process of this wonderful treatment is that we really are sabotaging ourselves without even knowing it—all the fats that are in our makeup, hair products and lotions. These everyday products accumulate abnormal fat in our bodies. This abnormal fat leads to obesity. Then let’s look at our food quality. With the hormones being pumped into our meats, fruits and vegetables, what do we really expect?

HCG, which stands for Human Choriogonadotropin, is a hormone. Research suggests a small, daily amount of HCG results in an average weight loss of 1-2 pounds a day when accompanied by a VLCD (very low-calorie diet of approximately 500 calories). We have all starved ourselves or have even put ourselves on an 800-calorie diet and lost 7 pounds, and then in two months, gained back 14 pounds. This yo-yo hurts the heart, metabolism, and we never reset the gland that stores fat. The success stories and pictures that my assistant and I saw were unbelievable. But our own success stories over here are powerful.

As was pointed out in our classes, this powerful protocol enables a person to lose fat from specific fat deposits around the body. It molds and sculptures the body by removing stored fat from the stomach, hips, buttocks, lower abdomen, arms as well as thighs without loss of needed fat or muscle. Following this strict VLCD, the hypothalamus gland is reset. There are many positive and healthy benefits using the HCG protocol. The known facts of HCG are not only losing weight, but more energy without feeling nervous, sleeping better at night, thinking more clearly and feeling less irritable. Here are just a few of my success stories. If you have not read Kevin Trudeau’s book, The Weight Loss Cure “They” Don’t Want You to Know About [Alliance Pb., 2007—available at Rockford Public Library—ed. note], it is very beneficial. The book educates you so much about the importance of the hypothalamus gland and its role within our body. After educating yourself, if this is a protocol you can do, please do not hesitate to call our office.

Success stories from Dr. Julia's Inn

“I have been using the weight loss protocol exactly the way it is described in Kevin Trudeau’s book, and throughout my first six (6) weeks, I lost 37 pounds. I am now on my second round (phase 2), and I have already lost 13 pounds in just a week and a half. I have worked with Dr. Julia getting colonics and doing the needed cleanses before and during each protocol and continually working with her through saunas and colonics. I have five weeks left of phase 2, and I want to accomplish another 40 pounds. I can’t wait to see less of me each week. This protocol works, BUT you have to do it exactly the way it is called for, and you have to be dedicated.”—Kirsten G.

I saw a commercial that Dr. Julia exclusively was carrying the HCG for weight loss. I have read all of Kevin Trudeau’s books, and after reading about the abnormal fat that we store because of the hypothalamus gland not functioning, it all made sense. I have three boys, and with each child, I never lost the pregnancy weight, and the pounds just added on. All the diets that I went on never got rid of the fat in my hips, abdominal and upper legs. When I lost weight, it always was taken from my chest and upper body, and that was never the problem. Because of the cost of the protocol and the organic food that must be bought, all I could afford was the four (4) week protocol. I was able to lose 28 pounds in four (4) weeks. I was so happy, for I lost it in the places that I truly needed to lose it. MY HIPS AND LEGS! My Christmas gift to myself is having another round done in January. With colonics and conscious eating, I know that I can lose about 10 more pounds before January, and with another round, I will be good to go. God bless you, Dr. Julia, for going the extra mile and educating yourself on this wonderful, weight loss treatment and getting the education so you can help me and many other people.”—Sarah S.

“I have been on the weight loss protocol for two weeks. I have been losing about 1 pound a day. I have been doing the diet exactly as it stated to do. Dr. Julia has helped me in the past to lose weight, but I have never been on a protocol to lose weight so quickly. The diet is very strict, but it can be done if you really want to lose the weight. I would recommend this weight loss protocol for anyone who has ever been on a diet. As I said, this diet is hard, but it can be done. Dr. Julia is an amazing woman. Thank you, Dr. Julia. Two weeks done, and four more weeks to go. I will let everyone know how much I have lost when I am done with my six weeks!”—Hilda S.
