Fiesta Hispana 2004 heats up the summer at ISC Sportscore II, 8800 E. Riverside Blvd., Loves Park, on Saturday, July 31 and Sunday, Aug. 1.
Enjoy sizzling entertainment featuring Grammy nominee Eddie Gonzalez, Los Panchis, Bandoleros de Durango, and the colorful Ballet Folklorico Festival of San Antonio.
Dance to hot salsa rhythms with the Ricky Luis Orchestra, Que Flavor and other fabulous entertainers.
Theres family fun for everyone with a big carnival, a jalapeno pepper-eating contest, grito (yelling) contest, dance contest, soccer games, queen coronation, and childrens crafts.
Fiesta Hispana presents this colorful ethnic festival in partnership with the Rockford Park District.
