Halloween Party at Tinker Swiss Oct. 28

Tinker Swiss Cottage Museum and Booker Washington Community Center present the Annual Neighborhood Halloween Party at Tinker Park, 411 Kent St., Saturday, Oct. 28, from noon to 2:30 p.m. Admission is free and costumes are optional.

Kids and adults are invited to enjoy a day of family fun. Historic Tinker Swiss Cottage—looking its creepiest—will be open for tours throughout the event. Kids can make Halloween crafts, get their faces painted and take home balloons. Halloween treats are part of the festivities.

At noon, Booker Washington Community Center will serve a free lunch and provide entertainment before party-goers visit the historic Cottage.

Candy is provided by Cadbury-Adams and the Tinker Swiss Cottage Museum Board of Trustees. For more information, call Tinker Swiss Cottage Museum at 964-2424 or Booker Washington Community Center at 968-8861.
