Humana, one of the largest providers of health benefits in Illinois, and the YMCA of Rock River Valley are recognizing the unique needs of older adults. Through participation with the nationally recognized SilverSneakers® Fitness Program, Humana is able to offer older adults a way to increase their levels of physical activity and motivate them to remain active.
The SilverSneakers program is the nations leading exercise program exclusively designed for older adults and is available at no additional cost beyond the monthly premium to eligible members of Humanas Medicare Advantage health plans.
