Income tax assistance is now available at the North Suburban Library in Loves Park, 6340 N. Second St., on Wednesdays, from 9 a.m.-noon, through March 10; and on Saturdays, from 9 a.m.-noon, through March 13. The assistance will be offered in the Anderson Local History Room on a first-come, first-served basis.
The basic tax forms may be picked up at the libraries in Loves Park and Roscoe any time the library is open. A set of reproducible federal and state tax forms is available at either librarys Information Desk. The income tax forms can also be found on the Internet. The librarys Web page, www.northsuburbanlibrary.org, has a link to find and print the federal and state tax forms online. Some forms may be filled out online, but neither library has the software available to file income taxes online. For more information, phone the Loves Park Library at 633-4247, ext. 4, or the Roscoe location at 623-6266, ext. 4.
