Insight Communications has a new address and phone number.
As of Monday, July 24, the Insight Communications Walk-In Center is open for business at its new location, 4450 Kishwaukee St. The office is on the southeast corner of Research Parkway and Kishwaukee Street, and can be accessed from Kishwaukee Street just south of the stop light. The new office will give customers easy access for bill payments and equipment transfer. The move from the 20th Street location is part of a consolidation of all the Insight locations into one facility.
Hours at the new walk-in center are: Monday-Wednesday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Thursday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Saturday: 9 a.m. to noon.
The new 24-hour customer service phone number is (815) 395-8888. Calls are answered in the Rockford Call-Center Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday and after-hour calls are forwarded to the Insight Call-Center in Springfield.
