Juliana’s benefit receives more donations

The benefit for Juliana Wetmore, the “Girl Without a Face,” has been receiving more donations from people who want to help. All those connected with the benefit say “thank you” to the generous people who contributed the following items for the live and silent auction and raffle.

The Fourth of July Committee in Winnebago offered a tent at no charge for the festival. Juliana’s friends and family have decided on a children’s game, fishing for a prize, with all proceeds going to Juliana.

An anonymous person donated Chicago Cubs and St. Louis Cardinal tickets for the July 29 game at Wrigley Field—really good seats.

Diamond Heat Treat donated a Char-Broil Gas Grill.

John Winters donated a hand-crafted child’s platform rocker.

Seattle Mariners sent a package of memorabilia, including a Jamie Moyer autographed photo.

Busch Jewelers donated a 14 kt., two-toned hand-designed diamond ring valued at $650.

J. Kamin donated sterling silver diamond earrings.

All donations will be listed on Juliana’s Web site ( www.Julianawetmore.net/) for everyone to see. People from Wisconsin are driving in for the benefit, and a woman from New York is also flying in!

Juliana enjoys playing on the swing set, signing “Time,” playing with the neighborhood kids, and loves to dance.
