Kiki Bs recently hosted cooking classes with Bill Lavery of Cooking with the Best Chefs. With the recent departure of Lavery and his cooking series, Kiki Bs revamped its own series, set to kick off March 25.
Kiki Bs will feature some of the top chefs from Rockfords finest restaurants. The chefs will teach participants how to create some of their speciality dishes.
The March 25 event is a kids cooking class from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Children attending will learn how to cook party foods such as chicken pizza, paninis and fruit smoothies. Cost is $20 and is for ages 5-10. Accompanying adults are free.

April 5Steph Cheney from Five Forks Market (7-9 p.m.);
May 3Jeff Oberg from Kiki Bs, Spring Seafood Recipes (7-9 p.m.);
June 3Terry Carner from A Movable Feast, Grilling 101 (2-4 p.m.);
Oct. 4Dale Leden from Kiki Bs, Fall Harvest Dinner (7-9 p.m.); and
Nov. 15Jeff Bridgeman from Southern Wine, Laurel Phillips from The Village Chef and Kiki Benson from Kiki Bs; Wine, Cheese and Holiday Entertaining (7-9 p.m.).
More Rockford chefs, including Paul Sletten of Brio@Bacchus and Michael Varanelli of Rockford Country Club, are still to come.
