Klehm hosts event Sept. 11

“Bursting Fall Bloom, Focus on Color and Texture in the Garden” will be held from 10 to 11:30 a.m., Sept. 11. at Klehm Arboretum & Botanical Gardens, 2701 Clifton Ave.

This enlightening class will explore the beauty of autumn through a slideshow and handouts. Learn techniques to extend garden interest late in the season with shrubs and grasses for texture and color as well as the use of fall blooming perennials.

Instructor: Loris Damerow, owner, A New Leaf, Garden Design and Landscape Services.

Fee: $15 members, $18 non-members
