About 22,000 survivors, family members and law enforcement officers gathered in Washington, D.C., May 15 to pay tribute to the 151 officers killed in the line of duty in 2003. President George W. Bush (above right) delivered the keynote address.
The names of 362 fallen officers were added to the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial May 13 during the 16th Annual Candlelight Vigil Ceremony (left photo).
