Two years ago, Brenda Morris went to Weight Watchers on a whim. One of her friends came by on her way to a meeting, and Brenda decided to join her. Spurred by the visit, Brenda decided to join. Her mother Carol joined two weeks later, and then Brenda’s sister Becky joined two weeks after Carol.

The three women cheered each other on, shared recipes and walked in their neighborhood together. Carol credits the support group at Weight Watchers for their success, especially the “phenomenal” group leader. Thanks to the efforts of everyone involved, the three women have lost a combined total of more than 260 pounds, and no longer live under the shadow of high blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetes.

Carol reports that both she and Becky reached their weight loss goals in fewer than two years, and Brenda has 5 pounds left until she meets her goal. Congratulations, ladies, and keep up the healthy lifestyle!
