OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center is sponsoring its Eleventh Annual Womens Series during March.
The first program, Osteoporosis, will be offered from 5:30 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, March 18, at Giovannis. Michael DeMuzio, Ph.D., an expert on osteoporosis, will present the program.
Dr. Michael L. Hogan, cardiologist affiliated with Rockford Cardiology Associates and on active OSF Saint Anthony Medical staff, will present Women and Heart Disease from 9 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 20, in the Foundation Room at OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center.
Both days include a health fair with free blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol and osteoporosis screenings.
The series is planned as part of the community-wide recognition of March as Womens History Month.
