Join in the fun and misadventures of the two most mismatched roommates of all time: Felix Ungar and Oscar Madison.
Cast consists of the following:
Oscar, the beer-drinking, poker-playing, mess-making, recently divorced sports writer who wasnt smart enough to know he didnt need a roommate.
Felix, the sandwich-making, floor-cleaning, fastidious news writer whose marriage is ending and needs a place to stay, preferably not 12 floors up.
Murray, one of the poker buddies, a cop who knows how to keep the peace, or at least keep a piece of cake.
Speed, another poker buddy, as sarcastic as the days long (a nice clichéwho writes these things?).
Roy, also a poker buddy and Oscars accountant, who keeps close track of Oscars finances in the pot.
Vinnie, yet another poker buddy, who cant fathom anyones marriage being in trouble. He knows what his marriage is: exactly what his wife tells him.
Cecily Pigeon, one of the birds Oscar met in the buildinga brash, bawdy British babe.
Gwendolyn Pigeon, Cecilys sister, divorced like Cecily and ready to paint the town red (or whatever color is available).
