Prime Time, Fab Janes at Cherry Valley Festival Days Aug. 24-26

CHERRY VALLEY—Cherry Valley Festival Days will be Aug. 24-26 in Baumann Park, downtown Cherry Valley. The entrance tent will be a collection site for the Salvation Army Food Pantry. Festival-goers are encouraged to bring nonperishable food items.

Main stage features a nine-band lineup, and a second stage increases the number of performances to more than 20. Admission buttons are good for all three days, and are available at the gate for $5 Friday, $4 Saturday and $3 Sunday.

On the Main Stage, local favorites Prime Time Live Band kick things off at 6 p.m., Friday. Friday night headliners will be the Fabulous Janes.

Getting things started Saturday at 12:30 p.m. is Tabby and Company. At 3 p.m., the Sensations will take the stage. Frontiers will be live on stage at 6 p.m. Headlining Saturday night is Hairbanger’s Ball.

Sunday, the festival will go country with Rockford’s Country Q98.5. At 12:15 p.m., Neverly Brothers take the stage. Big Guitars from Memphis will take the stage at 2:45 p.m. Starting at 5:30 p.m., and rounding out the weekend, is Chicago’s top country band Country Sky, delivering an entertaining mix of current and classic country music favorites.
