RAMI benefit overwhelming success!

A fantastic 6th annual Rockford Area Music Industry (RAMI) benefit was held at the Verdi club Saturday, March 6. Four of Rockford’s top drawing bands performed to a packed house—and they raised more than $6,800, twice the amount raised last year!

“We would like to thank the four bands The Moondogs, Missing Links, Clutch Cargo and Men of Our Times,” said Dan Eisman and Dick Campbell, organizers of the benefit. “We would also like to thank our sponsors LaMonica Beverages, Regal Printing, The Verdi Club, 96.7 WKMQ, The Rock River Times, Sound Concepts, Guzzardo’s, Bobby’s On Broadway and Cam Music Entertainment and RainTree records.

“Our volunteers were wonderful.
