Raptors’ Sankey, Simpkins part of All-Star jersey auction

In conjunction with the first-ever United Indoor Football (UIF) All-Star game, the league is holding an online players’ jersey auction. Fans wanting to secure a piece of UIF history can bid on 40 of the 50 UIF All-Stars jerseys online. To bid online, fans must register at www.unitedindoorfootball.com/playoffs/classic/.

Minimum bids for the jerseys begin at $125 and subsequent bids must increase in $5 increments. The online bidding ceases at 5 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 18. Fans attending the All-Star game will have the chance to bid on those 40 jerseys as well after the online bidding has concluded.

The remaining 10 jerseys will be available only to those fans attending the All-Star game. They will be put up for a live auction immediately following the game. The 10 jerseys featured in the live auction are: Dusty Burk, Bloomington Extreme; Terrance Bryant, Sioux Falls Storm; Anthony Candler, Billings Outlaws; Nate Fluit, Sioux Falls Storm; Terrill Mayberry, Bloomington Extreme; Ben Sankey, Rock River Raptors; Maurice Simpkins, Rock River Raptors; Spetlar Tonga, Sioux Falls Storm; Chad Walker, Bloomington Extreme; and James Walton, Bloomington Extreme.
