A stroll down the streets of Rockfords downtown River District Neighborhood will soon mean a chance to learn more about the city for both residents and visitors alike. The River District Association and CGI Communications Inc. of Rochester, N.Y., are joining forces to promote community spirit and pride. And the best news: The streetscape enhancements come with the opportunity for Rockford businesses to participate as well.
Why a recommended stroll down the streets of downtown Rockford? In your travels, you will see many decorative banners displayed from light poles, carefully crafted with designs chosen by the River District Association and designed by ginestrawatson. As displayed, each of these banners is sponsored by a participating business within the community. The design and installation process usually takes about six months. CGI has done similar projects in some 500 communities nationwide.
CGI Communications would like to thank the River District Association for partnering with us in this community promotional program. CGI would also like to thank participating businesses for taking part in sponsoring the project.
CGI Communications Inc., is built on delivering high-impact marketing and communication products to community leadership and municipal management. CGIs products also allow businesses to give back to the community that has supported them, and at the same time, promote the spirit of the town or business and help foster its growth.
