The Rockford Area Economic Development Council (RAEDC) will hold its annual meeting and dinner on Wednesday, Nov. 29. at Cliffbreakers River Suites & Conference Center, 700 W. Riverside Blvd., Rockford.
Keynote speaker will be Chicago Mayor Richard M. Daley, who was re-elected to his fifth term in 2003. During his tenure, Daley has earned a national reputation for his innovative, community-based programs to address education, public safety, economic development and regional collaboration.
Meanwhile, the RAEDC and its partners are successfully fulfilling their promise to develop the Rockford region economically. They feel that, as part of the third-largest economic corridor in the U.S., our regional potential is almost limitless.
The evening begins at 5:30 p.m. with networking, followed by the dinner and program at 6:30 p.m.
