Rockford Art Museum (RAM) presents “Glimpse: The Arnold Gilbert Photography Collection,” offering visitors a glimpse of the history of photography, July 20-Oct. 7.

The exhibition, with more than 120 pieces, showcases an important collection within the RAM Permanent Collection that was donated by nationally-prominent collector Arnold M. Gilbert of Chicago, a co-founder of the Museum of Contemporary Photography.

“It’s the ongoing generosity of donors like the late Arnold Gilbert and his family that continues to strengthen the museum and its collection,” said Linda Dennis, executive director, Rockford Art Museum. “We are thrilled to be able to develop and display this exhibition for the public.”
