Rockford author releases children’s book

MUSTANG, Okla.—Tate Publishing and Enterprises has announced the release of the new book The Singing Lesson by Rockford author DJ Carter.

Clara is a canary who is struggling to sing, so one day she decides to go in search of a singing lesson.

In The Singing Lesson , you will fly along with Clara as she meets new friends eager to lend a few notes and discovers the secret to singing!

DJ Carter is a registered nurse with a passion for writing children’s books. She lives in Illinois with her husband Tom and two very spoiled cats.

The Singing Lesson is also an eLIVE book, meaning each book contains a code to redeem a free audio book download from the Tate Publishing Web site.
