Into the Woods is a musical that combines the fairy tales of Cinderella, Rapunzel, Jack and the Beanstalk, and Little Red Riding Hood with the story of a baker and his wife, a couple whom a witch cursed with childlessness. To break the spell, they must perform missions with the famous fairy tale characters. What they learn about greed, gluttony and the need for community and family will help them in their fight against the avenging wife of the giant that Jack killed.
