The New Year edition of Rockford Review is now available featuring poetry, prose and art from 60 contributors in the Rock River Valley and coast to coast.
Theme of the 90-page, perfect-bound book is A Surreal Patchwork Quilt. The contents reflect an unexpected arrangement of impressions and insights about the human condition, according to Editor David Ross.
Stateline contributors include Tim Hughes, Rockford; Staci Perkins, Dixon; Kandi Bott, Roscoe; Jessice Rose Witte and Joe LoPresti, DeKalb; and John Kalkirtz, Beloit.
Rockford Review is published twice a year by Rockford Writers Guild, a 120-member nonprofit group that formed in 1947 to voluntarily promote the literary arts by way of its book, monthly meetings, contests and community events.
Books may be purchased at $9 each through http://writersguild1.tripod.com, firstname.lastname@example.org, local bookstores and gift shops, or by calling Ross at (815) 963-2098.
