Set clocks ahead one hour April 2

Editor’s note: It’s time to “spring ahead”!

Daylight-saving time goes into effect at 2 a.m., Sunday, April 2. Everyone should set their clocks ahead one hour.

Daylight-saving time is a federal law administered by the Transportation Department, and lasts from the first Sunday of April to the last Sunday of October.
