Sounds of Good News accepts donations for Inspiration Center

Sounds of Good News Productions, under Carl A. Cole (Mr. C), its founder, CEO and executive producer, announces the company is now accepting donations for the “Young Eagles Success” (YES) Inspirational Center.

The Center specializes in anti-drug/alcohol/violence/crime activities for kids, using music as an educational tool for character building.

Projects include the Young Eagles Soaring Inspirational Choir (YESIC), summer and fall “Respect” workshops and the “Young Eagles Success” Inspirational Center Vision.

Mr. C said: “We had a couple people who were interested in our drug-free, crime-free youth project. What’s happening is the Inspirational Center is trying to have our own place to do music lessons and character building. A lot of people are saying that they want to see this happen and keep the project going because they feel that it’s needed. This is the only company in the region that is using music to teach character building. The kids—music is what they relate to.”

As of April 1, SOGN welcomes supporters into a “YES” Club through which members may share one-time or monthly gifts to benefit the YESIC vision.

Make checks payable to “Sounds of Good News” or “SOGN” and send to: P.O. Box 1132, Rockford, IL 61105. For more information, call Dianna Cole at 519-7071.
