The new office began operation Dec. 1, 2005, and is effectively serving the needs of local seniors and homeowners. Roger Atkins, owner of Spectrum Home Services of Winnebago County, said: “We are very excited to bring this new concept to Winnebago County. Spectrum Home Services represents a new approach to traditional non-medical senior home care. We are the only senior care company in the state that can provide all of the services that active and home-bound seniors need to continue to live comfortably in their homes for as long as possible. We can also provide these same high quality services to busy homeowners to help alleviate the stresses of home ownership.”

Spectrum Home Services targets senior citizens and busy homeowners with services that include yard care, home making, maintenance, and relocation services. The mission of Spectrum Home Services is to help clients maintain a clean, safe and healthy living environment.

“We have had many requests for our services in the state of Illinois, and we are very excited that Illinois seniors and homeowners will now have the option of utilizing Spectrum Home Services,” says Anthony Nelson, president of SHS Franchising, the parent company of Spectrum Home Services. “Spectrum Home Services is the most exciting and unique concept in the non-medical senior care and home services market today; we are a home care franchise like no other.
