St. Anne participates in satisfaction program

To demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and to measure its residents’ level of satisfaction, Provena St. Anne is participating in Life Services Network’s Seal of Confidence program for 2003. The program provides a way for residents to express their satisfaction with the services provided. The environment, staff and management services are queried through senior-friendly questionnaires that are tabulated by an outside source.

Based on the results of last year’s surveys, facility improvements such as the automated entry doors and a security card entry system were implemented. St. Anne’s Place is an independent living retirement community that offers spacious apartments and programs that enable seniors to maintain an active lifestyle.

Administrator for Provena St. Anne Place, Eric Vandenbergh, said, “It is very important to be able to gauge the quality of our facility and the services we provide so we are able to maintain or improve as needed.”

St. Anne Place is managed by Provena Senior Services, a component of Provena Health providing care to more than 1,900 residents/clients in Illinois and Indiana.

The Seal of Confidence program was developed by Life Services Network (LSN), an Illinois trade organization representing senior housing communities, home care providers, assisted living and nursing home facilities. The surveys provide vital information utilized by Provena Senior Services and other member organizations to enhance the quality of life provided to residents.

“We congratulate Provena St. Anne Place on their participation in this quality program,” commends Dennis Bozzi, LSN’s president. “It demonstrates not only their commitment to quality, but their dedication to the residents.”
