A day dedicated to education of what we as individuals can do to take action against climate change will be held from 10:30 a.m.-noon, Saturday, April 14.
Retired Biology professor from Highland Community College, Keith Blackmore will present and lead a discussion about the issue of climate change and the DVD An Inconvenient Truth. (If you have not seen the DVD, it will be showing at 8:30 a.m. that morning) Come find out what you can do! Also, there will be a signup for the four-session program of the Northwests Earths Institutes discussion group on climate change. Come out or call to find out more about it.
