Stillman Valley Fall Festival Sept. 21-23

STILLMAN VALLEY—The Stillman Valley Fall Festival is celebrating its 70th year and will be Sept. 21-23. The festival takes place in downtown Stillman Valley and admission is free.

New this year:

Game Show Gurus will host game shows at various times throughout the weekend. It’s great fun for all ages, and prizes will be awarded to the winners.

Skinners’ Amusements will have a new Wristband Special with unlimited rides for $15. Coupons for $2 off will be available in advance from local merchants.

Many more exciting events are planned, including a fireworks show Saturday evening (sponsored by Stillman Bank), and the following attractions: Antique Tractor & Steam Engine Show, Baking Contest, Car Show, Craft Show, Flea Market, Horticulture Show, Musical Entertainment, Quilt Show, Talent Show and a Garden Railroad Display. The Fall Festival Parade will be at 1 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 23.

Additional events that charge a small admission price include the Stillman Valley Fire Protection District Dance and the Evangelical Covenant Church Swedish Pancake Breakfast. Skinners’ Amusements, arranged by the Stillman Valley Lion’s Club, provides carnival rides and games.
