WASHINGTON, D.C.—The New Era Survival Research Institute has just published a new booklet, “Survival Resource Guide for a Nuclear, Biological or Chemical Attack.” The booklet gives information about how to improve personal safety in the event of a terrorist attack. There is detailed information about indicators of a possible nuclear, biological or chemical incident and what information should be gathered to be reported to authorities.

“According to government officials, there is evidence that terrorists may have been planning to disperse biiological or chemical agents,” says Paul Richard, a researcher at New Era Survival Research Institute. “We’ve published a resource guide to help consumers educate themselves about what to do in the event of a nuclear, biological or chemical attack. The booklet includes a section about where to get survival resources including information about an in-home shelter plan.”

Consumers can receive a copy of the booklet by sending 11 first-class stamps or $4 for printing, postage and handling to: New Era Survival Research Institute, NBC Survival Booklet Offer #NBC0208F, P.O.
