The Arc of Winnebago, Boone & Ogle Counties is moving

Monday, Feb. 26, The Arc of Winnebago, Boone & Ogle Counties will open the doors of its new offices at 1222 E. State St., Rockford. The building, formerly the Manpower office, provides 8,000 square feet of space for The Arc’s programs serving people with disabilities, cerebral palsy or Down Syndrome. The Arc serves people with developmental disabilities through support and advocacy. Programs include Family Support, Independent Living Support, Home-Based Coordination and Recreation, Art and Social Activities. “We want to thank everyone who supports The Arc by purchasing tickets for The Great Home Giveaway House Raffle. You make it possible for us to expand and improve our services,” said Jacki Neil Boss, executive director.

The public is invited to an open house and a tour of the new facility from 4 to 6 p.m., Wednesday, March 14. For more information, call The Arc at (815) 965-3455.
