Trip to Those Fabulous Fifties set for Feb. 15

Ann’s Adventure Tours plans trip to Fireside Dinner Theatre

Members of Ann’s Adventure Tours are planning a trip to the Fireside in Fort Atkinson, Wis., on Wednesday, Feb. 15 2006, for The Fireside’s premiere of a brand-new show—Those Fabulous Fifties.

From the creators of the Fireside’s wildly popular Big Band Revue—Swing on a Star—comes this fast-paced, tuneful, hilarious, rocking good time.

Pay tribute to that delicious decade that brought us TV dinners and Radio-Free Europe, Sputnik and hula hoops, quiz show scandals and talk show legends, Uncle Miltie and Elvis Presley, Pat Boone, Little Richard, Nat King Cole, Frankie Laine, Milton Berle, Sid Caesar, Ed Sullivan, Leave It To Beaver, American Bandstand and much, much more.

Following the tradition of the Fireside’s other spectacular musical revues, Those Fabulous Fifties will thrill and delight audiences of all ages.

The Fireside is Wisconsin’s No. 1 year-round motorcoach attraction specializing in professional Broadway shows, family hospitality, superb dining, and beautiful gift shops. They were recently honored with a Midwest Travel Writers’ Association GEMmy Award for Excellence.

The group will be departing from Sullivan’s Parking Lot at 9 a.m. and will return at approximately 5:30 p.m. Cost per person is $85, including a complete dinner, professional theater performance with reserved seating, and transportation.

Info: Ann Andersen at 815/562-7740. Reservations need to be made by Jan. 15, 2006.
