‘What If?’ exhibition by Dale Edwards in Beloit

Beloit—The Beloit Fine Arts Incubator, 520 E. Grand Ave., will be continuing its first Friday of the month gallery show schedule, with the new exhibit, “What If?”

“What If,” an exhibition by local artist Dale Edwards, will open Friday, Oct. 1. In lieu of an opening reception, Dale has decided to have an Artist Talk from 7-9 p.m., Oct. 29. The public is invited to attend the exhibition often as a weekly rotation of items will be performed each Monday.

Dale Edwards is a native of Beloit, but lived in California for many years. He returned to this area a few years ago when family members passed away. Pretty much settled in now, Dale continues to work on new pieces daily. He labors to expand his three forms of art, which include art to please Dale, art to please others, and art to teach and provoke. This is accomplished through wooden sculptures, ceramics and paintings. While Dale is a master sculptor, he does consider himself a young painter.

“What If” contains works from past to present with a large focus on newer pieces. With a rotating display, guests are certain to be fascinated with the variety.
