Packets for Primary Election available at County Clerk’s office

Winnebago County Clerk Margie M. Mullins announced the election packets will be available for pick-up starting Monday, July 27. Anyone interested in being a candidate in the upcoming Primary Election that will be held Feb. 2, 2010, may stop in at the County Clerk’s office. The first day to start passing petitions will be Aug. 4, 2009.

The County Clerk’s office is in the County Administration Building, 404 Elm St., room 101. Office hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday-Friday.
