Most of us lost alot of our 401k funds 50, 60, 70%. my suggestion is to eliminate the income tax penalty close to 40% on those accounts, at least the public could regain much of there losses. Now they can pay there house payments, credit card bills, buy new cars, tv's. All which would help the banking industry, the automobile makers, constuction workers, and give people a better chance at advancing their careers. So it puts money into the tax system, the business sector, creates jobs because more goods are being sold and transported, and most of all it would make the american people feel like their government actually cares about them. Instead we help the financial institutions that primarily lost our money. I wish I was a congressman so that I could get this message out maybee you can for me?
