Doug Furze receives RAMI Award and community support

Rockford musician Doug Furze holds the Rockford Area Music Industry (RAMI) Lifetime Achievement Award he received at the Boulas Legacy Bash, a benefit and musical tribute to Furze held Sunday, July 19, at Davis Park. Furze is the founder of Concerts for Charity. He was presented the RAMI Award by Dan Eisman and Bruce Hammond. Performers at the event were: Boulas, Jim Hagerty, Emily Hurd, Molly, The Sensations, Claire Schwartz, The Reggie, Will, Miles & Hannah, Men of Our Times, Kirk/Scott, Miles Nielsen, Josh Parks, Blunatics, Sarah Abromowitz, Missing Links, Ernie Hendrickson, X51, Members of The Steevie Nix, Vista Cruiser, Hard Encore, and Higher Ground.
