Charlotte’s Web is delighted for a surprise opportunity to present Peruvian musician Gustavo Flores at 7:30 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 8, at JustGoods Listening Room, 201 Seventh St., Rockford.
An international musician, Gustavo’s passion is the traditional instruments and songs of the Incas—and sharing that culture through the music that has been sung and played for centuries. Truly a magical and gifted performer, Gustavo enchanted hundreds of kids at the Rockford Schools each time he visited (1992, 1993, 1994 and 1996), prompting one of the teachers at Nashold to exclaim,
