Rockford Park District demolished the Sinnissippi Greenhouse along the Rock River at Sinnissippi Gardens Aug. 3 in preparation for the new Nicholas Conservatory and Gardens. The Nicholas Conservatory and Gardens are the centerpiece project of the 100th anniversary of the Rockford Park District in 2009.
