Rockford men plead guilty in Barrington Hills home invasion

According to a report in the Chicago Tribune, Anthony Starks, 37, of the 2600 block of Lapey Street in Rockford, pleaded guilty to a home invasion in Barrington Hills, Ill.
“A Rockford man who broke into a Barrington Hills home, tied up a family, including four teenage daughters, and robbed them at gunpoint last year was sentenced Monday to 15 years in prison,” the Tribune reported.
Frederick Neal, 35, and Leville Starks, 32, both of Rockford, pleaded guilty and were sentenced to 15 years in prison as Anthony Starks’ accomplices, the Tribune added.
“The three broke into a home in the 300 block of Bateman Circle on Aug. 16 and tied up the residents, prosecutors said,” the Tribune article reported. “They took jewelry, electronics and a shotgun before untying one family member and fleeing, prosecutors said.”
