Well because ENglish is not the only language that the government supports in Illinois, or the US, my neighbors speak Spanish, and I canot understand them.

Since a healthy neighborhood requires good communication, and Spanish speaking people get help with Spanish language documents, translations, signs, and the like, I should be able to get it too!

Please let me know where I can go to learn Spanish Literacy on the government’s tab.
If they are handing out free education to adults, i surely can use it! I pay taxes!
