Diane Feuillerat opened a kitchen design showroom in Loves Park, Kitchens by Diane at 6346 E. Riverside Blvd. She has designed award-winning kitchens in the Rockford area for more than 25 years, and will now bring her style of design to their own showroom. … Cyndie Hall, president of Dare to Change Inc., was named executive director of the Neighborhood Network. Dare to Change is a collaborative catalyst that aims to identify resources, create partnerships and help locate and implement the methods and practices needed for increased success. … Gloria Moore of Rockford was honored as one of Avon Products Inc.’s top representatives in the U.S. She earned a trip to Paradise Island for the annual President’s Recognition Program celebration. The private Neighborhood Network is funded by a Community Services Block Grant through the Rockford Human Services Department. Its mission is to be a learning and sharing network of and for neighborhood associations in the Rockford area. … In recognition of October as Breast Cancer Awareness Month, local jeweler J.
