Paul Arena to speak on rental property owners issues

Rockford Area Libertarians will feature a discussion of new legislation that will negatively affect rental property owners at their next meeting, 7 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 5, in the banquet room at Villa Di Roma Restaurant, 11th Street and Harrison Avenue. Anyone interested is welcome for friendly political conversation. Arrive early if you would like to order food.

Paul Arena, the speaker, is president of the Rockford Area Apartment Association, and chairman of the political action committee of the Illinois Rental Property Owners Association.
